Well R4 MP7 AEG Electric Airsoft Rifle

Well my parents got me this for christmas i thought it was a great gift The next day my friends come over and invite me to a winter skirmish When we start the game i start pulling the trigger nothing happens try it again nothing happens i check to see if it was jammed nope i check to see if i had forgoten the battery nope i check to see if i forgot to charge the battery nope then the battery compartment starts to spew smoke at us it smelled like crap i take the battery out to find it was roasted Upon later inspection i finnd that the battery was faulty overall the worst we ever spent i know it says like on this site but i got mine from a different site so dont go and post stupid comments saying im really dumb and need to learn to read

I got this gun as a graduation present and it is awesome My friend and I always use this gun when he comes over for backyard wars He asked me to look online for the best price because he has not ordered a gun online before So this is the best price I have come across so far 82 24 I got mine from Bass Pro Shops at Patriots Place for over 100 So thank you Amazon com for your great airsoft and great prices

>> Not the Newest Version V1
I was surprised to find that this was in fact the older version V1 of the Well R4 The latest version V2 has the fire selector markings on BOTH SIDES and a small white S by the HK safety marking crossed out bullet Unfortunately the one I had received was defective right out of the box It worked for all of about 30 minutes I loaded it with my high quality Accuracy Elite v2 White BBs recommended for the highest quality AEG s such as Tokyo Marui and Classic Army and it worked fine for a little bit until the battery died I simply charged the battery for the recommended time it is a NiMh so don t worry about the memory effect and reinstalled it into the gun Then I start shooting but nothing happens No sound no function nothing I tried both semi and full auto modes but to no avail I have heard of factory new V1 s having this issue so I simply repacked the whole thing into its original box and sent it back It is a nifty gun especially for CQB and makes a great sidearm but the version advertised here is the older V1 which is prone to such failures My advice is to search elsewhere google hitguns or reddragonairsoft and grab the Well R4 V2 or the TSD MP7 They have fixed many of the issues with this gun in those newer releases
