UTG Special Ops M14 AEG Airsoft Rifle Black

I ve had my UTG Special Ops M14 AEG Airsoft Rifle Black for two months now
This is what I like so far I am very pleased with the look appearance and weight It is rugged and robust just by looking at it one can be very easily fooled and think it is the real thing Lots of metal parts and good quality plastic in the stock I have practiced several times It serves my purpose well I do a bit of target shooting in the woods Typically shooting 6mm pellets at a distance of 40 meters about 130 ft I get low dispersion and good rate of fire at the semi automatic mode I liked the quick delivery just 4 days after ordering no problems all I expected to receive as advertised The rear sights work well
This is what I did not like so far The battery was hard to insert I had to unscrew the butt plate it was not difficult to place the battery right The magazines need a bit of adjustment every so often in order to maintain the rate of fire Again nothing difficult to adjust The plastic that holds the sling in the stock and barrel can t take the weight of the gun they gave in the first time I mounted them I resorted to using key chain holders to connect the sling
Overall it is a pleasure for the two months I own it

Hello AEG Shooters
When working this was a great gun with classic looks and good performance and accuracy But
beware of the aggressive price point from UTG you can wind up paying more in the long run I had to have the gearbox rebuilt and trigger switch replaced less than a year from date of purchase My tech said the gearbox was filthy and metal parts poor quality Now the gun has failed again RIP Most AEG manufacturers don t offer factory warranties My advise is buy an extended warranty or pay a little more and get a better brand
If you are buying a UTG product better get 2 you ll need one for parts
